What a Lake, and What a Home!
This home is perfect for your family’s summertime vacation and sleeps 10 comfortably! With 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, this home has room for everyone to spread out and is well-designed for privacy on three levels. The Master King bedroom, with a memory foam mattress, directly overlooks the lake, as does the terrace level suite, which has a Springform Queen futon bed. The upstairs bedroom is extra large and has a queen bed and a twin bed and the 4th bedroom, found on the main level has both a full bed and a twin bed. ALL bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and an additional ½ bath can be found on the main level for day guests to use as well.
The rest of the house is fantastic as well! The kitchen is
gorgeous with new cabinets, all new appliances, exotic granite countertops and
everything you will need to enjoy gourmet meals for that family reunion or
delicious take out from one of our local fine restaurants found in the area. The
living area directly overlooks the lake and is a great place to relax and enjoy
watching the sunset or bass fisherman float by on the lake. Our lake front
deck is great for sunning and our outdoor heated shower excellent for washing
off sunscreen after another great day at the lake. Our home has a full size
stackable washer/dryer for your use, a two car garage to keep your car (and
maybe your boat trailer) cool and safe during the hot summer days as well as an
organic garden for you to harvest fresh herbs, plump tomatoes, juicy cucumbers
and crispy radishes for your family’s dinner salad that night. Just help
yourself and enjoy! After all, you are on vacation!
Just a five minute drive to the local Publix Supermarket and
a few minutes longer to some of the best restaurants in the area, our home’s
location cannot be beat! A getaway with convenience! And, if you enjoy just
walking, our home is so close to so many places as well! Walk to the fitness
center or the local discount store, pick up a pastry or dessert at the bakery,
or dine out! You can do all of these easily without a car by just enjoying a
short walk!
Rental Rates
Rates for vacationing at our home vary by date. Availability and weekly rental rates are listed below:
- 10/1/14-12/31/14-$2,800 per week (Reserved 11/22-11/29)
- 1/1/15-5/1/15-$2,900 per week (Reserved 2/7-2/21)
- 5/1/15-10/1/15-$3,500 per week (Reserved 5/9-6/5, 6/20-7/10, 7/25-8/16, 8/17-8/31)
Prices do not include the cleaning fee of $200. Also, a security deposit of $500 is required at the time of your reservation.
